Mar. 26th, 2004 11:03 amHaving abandoned the trip to Bristol, the weekend is actually working out rather well.
Tonight we got to Oxford to enjoy an evening ina pub with friends. The downside is, we may have to camp for the night, but I've done worse. And it means that TL gets a good night's sleep before driving back to London.
Sunday, we're going to Planet Angel Chilled, which I've never been before but has much to recommend it, not least My Mate Graham spinning his wheels of steel. Or something. Anyway, it sounds good.
Monday and Saturday are pencilled in for Nothing. Ahhh. We might garden.
Can the veggies/chefs amongst you recommend a nice fish dish for four people which can easily be cooked in an hour or so after work? I was thinking of poached salmon in milk, but all suggestions are gratefully received...
